Prenatal Planning

Clients have 4 hours of prenatal education to learn about their options and develop personal birth and postpartum preferences. We discuss:

  • Physiology and Basics of Birth

  • Comfort & Coping in Labor

  • Newborn Care & Postpartum Prep

  • Infant Feeding & Lactation

Unlimited Client Check-Ins

You can schedule unlimited 30-minute check-in calls throughout your pregnancy. These calls allow us time to get to know each other more personally, answer questions, talk in depth about specific concerns or interests, and craft your tailored birth and postpartum plans. You can also email and text me questions as needed!

Online Resource Portal

You get an online database of prenatal resources, including educational videos, PDF cheat sheets, packing lists, registry shopping suggestions, and more.

On-Call Labor Support

From 37 weeks of pregnancy, I am on call 24/7 to support your labor. I can remain in contact with you via text, FaceTime, and phone calls through the duration of your labor and immediately postpartum to help establish breast/chestfeeding.

Postpartum

I offer 2 virtual postpartum check-ins, 1 hour each, to be conducted over FaceTime, Zoom, or Google Hangouts.

Virtual Birth Support Fees

  • I value the above virtual birth support package is $1,600.

  • I require a non-refundable 50% deposit at contract signing, with the remaining 50% due at or before 37 weeks.

  • Please inquire with me about a sliding scale income-based rate if you are experiencing financial hardship.
