Virtual Postpartum Support

Prenatal Planning Session

Ideally, postpartum planning begins prenatally! I suggest clients add 2-4 hours to your package to allow for a virtual prenatal meeting. During this, we cover feeding and newborn care education, develop your postpartum support plan, and prepare the home to welcome baby (or babies).

Virtual Meetings

I offer 1-hour virtual meetings to be conducted over FaceTime, Google Hangouts, or Zoom. These can be used for emotional processing, lactation and infant feeding support, newborn care education, or postpartum healing guidance.

Informational Support

Part of my care package includes unlimited support via email and text, connection to community resources, and access to evidence-based information.

Virtual Coaching Rates:

• My virtual postpartum rate is valued at $30/hour, with a 6-hour minimum.

• 50% of your package fee is due at contract signing as a non-refundable deposit

• The remaining 50% of your package fee is due by our first scheduled postpartum call

• If you are hiring me prenatally, I suggest we use 2-4 hours of your package for a prenatal planning session

• I request that virtual meetings be scheduled no later than 12 hours in advance

• All hours of your package must be used within 2 months after giving birth
